• Hospitality accounts for about 1% of net global greenhouse gas emissions—and 3% of direct emissions from buildings, through energy use for heating, cooling, and appliances .
• Consumers are increasingly environmentally conscious—58% of tourists say sustainability influences their choice of accommodation .
Through the Eco Smart Hospitality project, we implement a circular-hospitality curriculum, digital tools, and real‑world pilot training with learners, VET centres, and employers—working together with partners to build practical green and digital skills across Europe.
