Sustainable Customer Experience Design

ABOUT THIS MODULE

Guests rarely describe a stay as “ESG-aligned” – they describe how it felt. This module translates environmental and social values into moments guests can see, understand and remember. Learners map the guest journey, design credible sustainability touchpoints, use storytelling and visual cues, and tell meaningful sustainability stories apart from greenwashing.
