WHAT THESE RESOURCES ARE

The EcoSmart Open Educational Resources (OERs) are a set of seven ready-to-use training modules that help hospitality businesses adopt sustainable and digital practices. Each module is practical and self-contained, built around real decisions made in everyday hospitality work – from energy and waste in daily operations to using AI, data and digital marketing well.

The modules are organised into three themes: sustainability and green innovation, digital transformation, and leadership, change and communication. Each can be used on its own or as part of a wider learning pathway.
