We are excited to introduce the European E-Learning Institute (EUEI) as a vital partner in the EcoSmart Hospitality project. With a strong reputation for excellence in digital learning and vocational education, EUEI brings invaluable expertise to the table as we work together to transform the hospitality sector into a more sustainable, digitally-ready industry.
About EUEI
Founded in 2017, the European E-Learning Institute (EUEI) is dedicated to creating inclusive and engaging digital learning experiences. Their team of experts focuses on instructional design, digital pedagogy, and the development of virtual learning environments. With a track record of successful Erasmus+ projects and a deep understanding of the vocational education and training (VET) landscape, EUEI is perfectly positioned to lead in both digital transformation and educational innovation.
EUEI’s core team, led by experienced professionals such as Canice Hamill, Kathy Kelly, and Poul Jensen, has helped shape numerous initiatives in the education sector. Their commitment to inclusive education, cutting-edge digital tools, and engaging content creation makes them a perfect fit for EcoSmart Hospitality, where they will play a central role in co-leading the development of training materials and resources aimed at empowering SMEs and educators.
Why EUEI is Relevant to EcoSmart Hospitality
EUEI’s experience in creating digital learning environments and their focus on accessibility and inclusivity aligns perfectly with the objectives of EcoSmart Hospitality. As the project aims to enhance both digital and sustainability competencies in the hospitality sector, EUEI will focus on the digital aspects, ensuring the integration of modern technologies, including interactive content and digital tools that cater to the needs of both educators and SMEs.
EUEI’s role extends across multiple work packages, including leading the development of key training materials, case studies, and resources to support the hospitality sector’s digital transformation. Their expertise in creating practical, engaging, and accessible online tools will be essential in bridging the gap between theory and practical implementation for SMEs.
